A: Everyone has video now.

A couple of years ago, you might have been the only hospital in town producing videos, but today everyone has them. You’re in the entertainment business now and if you want your videos to get the kind of attention they used to get, now you have to make your videos ten times better than the competition. What that means is you have to start thinking about plot lines and climax and drama and emotion and finding ways to create the kind of content that you want to watch until the end. Lastly, take a point of view or an opinion. Opinion tends to strike emotional nerves and emotional nervous being struck is what keeps people watching.
