When the Northeast Back Institute met with Smith & Jones back in 2005, their primary goal was to increase patient visits. Our conversations and background research revealed an interesting point of differentiation that resulted in a marketing win for the client.

People suffering from back problems want to stop the pain and get back to their normal activity. As the area’s most comprehensive back care center, Northeast Back Institute could see new patients quickly, begin treatment on the same day and continue follow up care in their own offices. This one-stop service did away with long waits for appointments and visits to multiple providers, and became the basis for our healthcare marketing campaign.

We created a print healthcare advertising campaign that positioned Northeast Back Institute as the back center to get you back to what you love. The first ads focused on fast relief from back pain (appointment scheduling within 72 hours) and no run-around (care and follow-up in one location).

Not only did the campaign increase patient visits, it raised visibility for the practice and earned multiple awards including the Healthcare Advertising Awards (Silver for medical practice newspaper advertising) and the Aster Awards (Gold for newspaper advertising campaign).
