Vincent Toscano
Senior Digital Project Manager

Vincent Toscano is the Senior Digital Project Manager for Overit and a strategic digital lead for Smith & Jones, where he guides the execution of complex, compliance-driven digital projects for hospitals, health systems, and healthcare-adjacent organizations. With more than 24 years of experience in design, development, and digital operations, Vincent specializes in translating creative vision into scalable, HIPAA-compliant digital experiences that put patients and providers at the center.
Vincent brings a rare combination of creative sensibility and technical leadership to every engagement. Throughout his career—as a Senior Developer, Technical Director, Acting CTO, and Executive Interactive Director—he’s led the production of enterprise-level websites, patient engagement platforms, custom apps, AR/VR environments, and secure web-based tools. At Smith & Jones, that means healthcare brands benefit from digital products that are accessible, efficient, and built with privacy, security, and regulatory adherence in mind.
With a firm grasp of HIPAA standards, data privacy requirements, and industry best practices for healthcare UX, Vincent ensures platforms are developed with protected health information (PHI) safeguards in place—balancing compliance with performance. He’s a champion for digital accessibility (ADA/WCAG), intuitive navigation, and user-centered design, all critical for meeting the needs of today’s patients.
Vincent’s work has spanned collaborations with major brands like Microsoft, Google, Netflix, and AWS, and he’s led multi-platform solutions for organizations requiring high levels of precision and technical oversight. He brings this same expertise to healthcare—helping Smith & Jones clients modernize their digital presence while staying fully aligned with compliance protocols and institutional standards.
An Emmy Award winner and former professor at Pratt Institute, Vincent leads with clarity, rigor, and a focus on outcomes. His guiding principle: build platforms that are as secure as they are intuitive—and as future-ready as the healthcare organizations they support.
