Ryan Kilgallon is Director of Digital Strategy at Overit and a core member of the Smith & Jones healthcare marketing team. With a focus on performance marketing and user-centric design, Ryan leads the development and execution of digital campaigns that help healthcare organizations attract, convert, and retain the right audiences—whether patients, providers, or prospects.

Ryan manages every dollar of paid media that runs through our healthcare campaigns, ensuring each investment is accountable, efficient, and tied to tangible outcomes. From service line promotion to patient recruitment and provider brand building, Ryan’s expertise in lead generation and full-funnel marketing has helped hospital systems, health tech brands, and specialty practices achieve their goals in highly competitive spaces.

When he’s not optimizing campaign funnels or dissecting analytics dashboards, Ryan can be found refining the details of his home (yes, even the dish towels match), or passionately defending pizza as a food group. Good pizza, bad pizza—it doesn’t matter. It’s either happy pizza or sad pizza.
