Caitlin supports our client services and healthcare marketing team by facilitating the exchange of information, documenting the work process and coming up with fresh ideas. In addition to account services, she helps implement social media campaigns, conducts market research and provides administrative support for the agency.
Before joining the agency Caitlin gained valuable professional experience in public relations, promotions and event planning for healthcare, government and education organizations. She assisted in planning and promoting fundraising events for a regional hospital foundation, and developed communication materials for various hospital programs. While in college, she conducted research for Quinnipiac University on topics including nonprofits and crisis communication, public relations theory, social media usage among nonprofits and other subjects.
Caitlin earned a BA in Communications from the State University of New York at Cortland, with a concentration in Journalism. She recently completed her Masters Degree in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University, with specializations in Issues Management in Health Care, Crisis Management and International Public Relations.
Caitlin plays the piano, flute and piccolo, and is a member of the Delmar Community Orchestra. She enjoys reading, attending concerts and watching professional ice hockey.
