Over the past twenty five years, we’ve discovered that there are two ways to approach what we do:
- Reinvent the wheel every time, roll the dice and pray you don’t end up throwing craps.
- Repeat what works, throw out what doesn’t, employ best practices wherever possible, and stay on strategy.
Call us tightfisted, but we choose not to gamble with our client’s money. We are agents of commerce, not artists being creative for creativity’s sake.
This attitude has given us a certain reputation atypical of firms like ours. Maintaining that reputation has compelled us to make three simple rules, and stick to them.
- For every new client engagement, campaign or project, we will begin at the beginning.
- We will follow a carefully prescribed, time-proven approach from commencement through execution and program evaluation.
- There will be no wavering, and no exceptions.
This path affords the client’s team a high level of input and control at key decision making points. It assures that we all stay on the same page throughout the engagement. It virtually eliminates unwanted surprises. And it leads us to an expected positive result. All while maximizing time and resource efficiencies.
